We represented TikTok at a market and regional level, in addition to designing communication and marketing strategies and acquisition plans for creators and offline experiences.

01 The Challenge

Build strategies that translate into immediate brand building and user acquisition and diversify the portfolio of creators and content categories at the regional level.

02 Strategy & Implementation

We created positioning plans for TikTok, to establish them in the "Top of Mind" of the main publishers, media and KOLs, building a direct and solid relationship through specific actions that allowed us to collaborate in the short and long term. Monthly we create digital campaigns with KOL'S from different social networks, we amplify their presence in the digital landscape and we achieve application installations. We developed a creator acquisition program where we recruit digital personalities of all scales on TikTok.

In order to increase the diversity of the content and be able to recruit new profiles to the platform, we created a program made up of more than 14 people who were in charge of detecting content creators who could bring freshness to TikTok.

Creator Pop-Up Studio

We created an event for content creators from different platforms, in which we had different sets within which we materialized the tools offered by musica.ly (now TikTok) to improve user content, in addition to that we presented ways to diversify the content in categories that the market was not exploiting.

In collaboration with the strategic leaders of the different key markets, we developed a communication and marketing strategy to announce the rebranding of musical.ly to TikTok, creating an experience for the most relevant creators of the platform whom we added as allies in communication in -app.

Brand Comms Plan tiktok

We strategized, designed, implemented and optimized all TikTok communication channels on various fronts, from public relations, influencer marketing, media plan and alliances to the creation of content for regional channels, in order to achieve visibility and positioning of the platform on the market.
